  • To be responsible for the day-to-day ordering of food for a section in line with UK purchasing guidelines.
  • Prepare, process, and dispatch web orders/subscriptions in line with dispatch quality standards.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all business related information, including pricing, revenue, budgets, costs and other internal matters of any nature, is protected and not disclosed under any circumstances.
  • Dealing with cake/product complaints efficiently.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • Check that all food safety regulations and procedures are fully complied with.
  • Report any defective equipment or safety hazards within the kitchen.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (5 years) working as a Refrigeration Engineer or in a similar role.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
