Yes, you can amend or cancel your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection date. After this point, as we will have begun preparing your cake, we are unable to process cancellations or significant changes.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfer for larger orders. All payments are processed securely.

For standard celebration cakes, we recommend ordering at least 5–7 days in advance. For bespoke, tiered, or wedding cakes, we suggest placing your order at least 4–6 weeks ahead to ensure we can accommodate all the details you have in mind.

We currently deliver across London and surrounding areas. Enter your postcode at checkout to confirm delivery availability to your address. For delivery outside our standard zones, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Delivery costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout once you enter your postcode. We also offer free collection from our store in Romford, RM5 3AH.

Yes, we offer a range of gluten-free options. Please select the gluten-free variant at checkout or contact us to discuss a bespoke gluten-free cake. Please note our kitchen does handle gluten-containing products, so we cannot guarantee a fully gluten-free environment.

We do offer vegan cake options. Please filter for vegan products on our website or get in touch to discuss a bespoke vegan creation. Our team is happy to work with you to find a delicious option that meets your dietary needs.

Some of our cakes do contain nuts or are made in a kitchen where nuts are present. Full ingredient and allergen information is listed on each product page. If you have a severe nut allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can advise you accordingly.

Most of our cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Cakes with fresh cream or fruit fillings should be refrigerated and consumed within 2–3 days. We recommend removing refrigerated cakes 30 minutes before serving so they return to room temperature for the best flavour.

Our cakes are baked fresh to order. Standard celebration cakes are best enjoyed within 3–5 days of delivery. Fondant-covered cakes can last slightly longer — up to 7 days — when stored correctly. Each cake comes with a best-before label for guidance.

Yes! We can add personalised messages directly onto the cake. If you would like a specific message or edible decoration added, please include details in the order notes at checkout or contact us directly. We can also arrange gift boxes for selected products.

Yes, we offer free collection from our store at Romford, RM5 3AH. Simply select "Collection" at checkout and choose a convenient collection time. We will send you a confirmation when your order is ready to collect. Our store is open Mon–Sat, 10:00AM–07:30PM.
