This special tower cake comes with either vannila or chocolate sponge. It is topped with lotus biscoff biscuits and with creamy swirls and decorated with edible gold balls.

Vanilla sponge eggless:
Wheat Flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), sugar, rapeseed oil, maltodextrin, modified starch, whey powder (milk), raising agents: E450, E500, salt, flavourings, stabilisers: E412, E415, emulsifiers: E471, E475, colour: E160a(ii).
Vanilla sponge with egg:
Sugar, wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), whole dried egg, raising agents: E450, E500, concentrated whey protein (milk), modified starch, emulsifiers, E471, E475, E481, cellulose fibre, skimmed milk powder, stabiliser E414, colour E160a, whey powder(milk), salt.
Water, fully and partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (palm kernel), dextrose, sugar, milk proteins, emulsifiers (polysorbate 60, mono – and diglycerides of fatty acids, soya lecithin), acidity regulators (trisodium citrate, disodium phosphate), stabilisers (calcium chloride, methyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), gelling agent (sodium alginate), flavouring, colour (beta-carotene). Flavouring components: natural flavouring substances, milk caramel (glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, water), caramel (glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water), caramel (sugar, water).
