Direct and undertake housekeeping activities such as maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
Provide a safe work environment for employees and customers
Deliver a high standard of service when dealing with products, sales, inquiries and catering for customer needs
Inscribing custom messages onto cakes
High level food hygiene maintenance
Decorating a vast array of different cakes, cake slices, cupcakes (including Icing / Sugar, Paste, Cream Cakes)
Ensure food prepared is of highest possible standards.
Controlling portion sizes in accordance with food specifications.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

Communication skills both listening and verbal
Ability to build good working relationships
Ability to work using own initiative
Strong English language.
Good Experience as a Cake Decorator /pastry chef
