VIP Membership Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 1^st June 2025

These Terms and Conditions apply to the VIP Membership subscription (“Membership”) offered by Cakes & Bakes Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing and activating the Membership, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

1. Subscription & Activation
   • Annual Fee: £14.99 (inclusive of VAT).
   • Service Period: 12 months from the date of activation.
   • Activation: A unique Membership ID and QR code will be generated upon activation, accessible via our mobile app or website.
2. Membership Benefits

   a) Discounts & Offers

   • Receive a 10% discount on all eligible products for the duration of the Membership.

   b) Free Delivery

   • Enjoy unlimited free home delivery for 12 months within the Greater London area (within the M25 only).
   • Minimum order value for free delivery: £20 (excluding discounts).
   • Orders below this threshold do not qualify for free delivery; our team may suggest additional items to help you meet the minimum.

   c) Welcome Gift

   • A Welcome Hamper and VIP Bag will be delivered with your first order as a member.
3. Collection & Delivery Options

   a) In-Store Collection

   • Free in-store pickup available with no minimum purchase required.
   • Must present a valid Membership ID or QR Code via the mobile app to receive your VIP discount.

   b) Home Delivery

   • Free for orders £20 and above (excluding discounts).
   • Free delivery available only within the Greater London area (M25).
   • Orders below £20 will incur a delivery charge and may not qualify for full service.
4. Customer Support
   • For phone orders or membership assistance, please call 020 3475 9909.
   • Your Membership ID will be required to verify your status.
5. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds
   • Subscription Payment: Due in full at the time of registration. This fee is non-refundable once the Welcome Gift has been dispatched.
   • Cancellation: You may cancel your Membership at any time by contacting our support team. However, no refunds will be issued after the dispatch of the Welcome Gift.
   • Statutory Rights: This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. Acknowledgement and Agreement

   By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you:

   • Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions;
   • Understand that benefits apply from the date of activation for a period of 12 months;
   • Acknowledge that certain services (such as delivery) are only available within specified geographic areas.

Cakes & Bakes Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions with reasonable notice where necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, or operational changes.
